Hey everyone,

My girlfriend is moving out of our shared apartment, and my roommate Maria will also be leaving by June 30, 2025.
That means two to three rooms will be available—perfect for friends who want to start a new shared flat together!

A big plus: The apartment is already furnished! My furniture will stay for now, and the rooms are partially furnished as well, so you won’t have to buy much. There’s also a brand-new dishwasher and washing machine.

The apartment is located right on Mariahilfer Straße—one of Vienna’s most popular shopping streets!
The area has changed a lot in recent years, with many renovations and new shops opening.

Great transport connections:

Westbahnhof (U3, U6, trams, S-Bahn) – 5 minutes on foot
Längenfeldgasse (U4, U6) – also easy to reach
Uni travel times: Main Uni ~20 min, WU ~30 min, TU ~25 min
You can get anywhere in the city within 45 minutes.
The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of cafés, coffee shops, and vintage stores, giving it a great vibe.

As for the flatshare itself, I can’t say much yet, since it depends on who moves in.

Either three people who want to live together.
Or two people, and I would stay in the apartment as well.
