14m2 room is available for rent from february 2023. Until when? We can decide :)
The apartment has a livingroom and 2 rooms. 1 room would be yours and the other room would be empty most of the time. Which means, you would have the whole apartment alone mostly :)
2 of us are living in Budapest and Prague, and sometimes visit Vienna for a couple of days when we stay here. This means we share one room (and be there for a couple of days in a month) and you will have the other room.
IThe flat is 15 minutes away from the city center (Stephansdom) and 2 mins away from U1 Altes Landgut.
Spar, Penny are nearby. (4 mins walk)
The area is quiet, surrounded by green, and parks are available within 3 minutes.
Monthly rent is 600 €
Pets are also very welcome.
About me: I am Emese, living in Hungary, working as a ux designer. I was living in Vienna for 5 years then decided to move back to my family but didnt want to cut the corda with lovely Vienna. I am really easy going and I love to talk, laugh, drink, draw, cook and play piano.
Mia is from Slovakia, and working as an engineering manager. She also used to live in Vienna but moved back. And she also not willing to say goodbye to Vienna. She is very lovely, cheerful, smiling all the time, easy going, and always up for a nice chat or learning something new.
