Gemütliches WG-Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete

Hier leben viele junge bis mittelalte Menschen :-) Es ist eine alternative, kreative Gemeinschaft hier.

Die Wohnung ist in einem älteren Gebäude und wir heizen auch mit Holz, aber es ist wirklich gemütlich! In der Küche und im Bad gibt es einen Gasherd. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Balkon, auf dem das Rauchen erlaubt ist.

Direkt ums Eck gibt es Supermärkte und eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, außerdem ist ein Waldstück auch nicht so weit entfernt.

A lot of young to middle-aged people live here :-) It is an alternative, creative community here.

The apartment is in a older building and we also heat with wood, but it is really cosy! There is a gas stove in the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a small balcony where smoking is allowed.

There are supermarkets and a tram stop just around the corner, and a wooded area is also not far away.

Wir sind eine sehr liebevolle WG, Mitte 30. Es gibt immer gute Gespräche, aber man kann sich auch Zeit in seinem eigenen Zimmer verbringen :-)

Du wohnst mit
Lila (36): sie ist Sozialpädagogin - schreibt aber gerade noch an ihrer Masterarbeit, häkelt viel und redet gerne über so spannende Themen wie Ernährung, Umwelt, Bildung und Sozialpolitik.

Marcus (36): Psychologie-Student, hat einen Gitarrenfetisch und wenn man mit ihm ein Gespräch anfängt, kann man auch noch spät nachts sitzen und es war keine Sekunde langweilig.

Marian (35): Baumkletterer, Papa, DJ und Veranstalter von Konzerten. Wohnt vorwiegend bei seiner Freundin und dem gemeinsamen Sohne, aber ist ab und zu auch mal mit der ganzen Familie da.

Es gibt einen Putzplan und ja, der ist auch wichtig. Aber am allerwichtigsten ist uns Respekt, Empathie und das du vegetarisch daheim kochst und isst.

We are a very loving flat share, mid 30's. There are always good conversations, but you can also spend time in your own room :-)

You live with
Lila (36): she is a social pedagogue - but is still writing her Master's thesis, crochets a lot and likes to talk about exciting topics such as nutrition, the environment, education and social policy.

Marcus (36): psychology student, has a guitar fetish and if you start a conversation with him, you can sit up late at night and it hasn't been boring for a second.

Marian (35): Tree climber, dad, DJ and concert organiser. Mainly lives with his girlfriend and their son, but occasionally comes around with the whole family.

There's a cleaning schedule and yes, that's important too. But the most important thing for us is respect, empathy and that you cook and eat vegetarian at home.

Aber am allerwichtigsten ist uns Respekt, Empathie und das du vegetarisch daheim kochst und isst. Gerade suchen wir eher weiblich gelesene Personen, hoff ihr habt dafür Verständnis.
