The appartement is on the 4th floor of a calm and family friendly building.
It has 3 bedroom (14, 10, and 10 squaremeters). They all are fully equipped with bed, desk, and closet. The rooms have nice view to the north.
The living room/kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary facilities (dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer, cabinets, expandable dinning table with 6 chairs, and sofa) The living room has view to street on the south.
The toilet/bath has bathtub, shelves, and washing machine. There is also a big window in the toilet for good air circulation.
The appartement also has a storage closet with necessary cleaning stuff ( mop, vacuume cleaner, and kitchen towels) in it.
In the basement there is a big storage room with a small window.
Because the appartement has a lot of windows to north and south, it is cool in summer. But it is not cold in winter.
The price of all furnitures is 3000 euro.
The appartement is in a very convenient location. The bus station (3B, and all busses end with 5) is directly in front of the building.
It is 3 mins walk away from Kaufland and HomeAsia.
It is 5 mins walk from Lidl, Aldi, gym, and West Park.
It is 10 min walk away from Schanz station.
There are plenty free parking spaces behind the building.
The appartement is for long-term rent. It means that the contract will be transferred to your name. But we would like to give it at as a sublet at the beginning, as we need one of the rooms until the end of the year.
