We want a new flatmate!

Hello guys,

We are Vera and Javier. Soon, a room in our lovely flat is gonna get free and we're looking for a chill and suitable person to move in :)

Vera and I are both students at the RWTH, for Architecture and Computational Science respectively. We also work, so the flat is many times empty and peaceful. However, we still enjoy to chill out either at home or somewhere around whenever we get a chance to!

We have a rather alternative lifestyle and, in that sense, we would like somebody open and flexible enough. Say like, listen to music in the evenings, improvise meals, coffee at random times, beers once in a while, laughing in considerable doses, etc, are the kind of things we usually share together at home. So, if you're too picky or too serious please don't write ;)

Your nationality doesn't really matter. We have no official language in the flat but an Esperanto of 4 or 5 languages at a time, so the new person should have a very international spirit if he/she wants to share his/her everyday life with us :)

What else? 

THE ROOM:
The room consists of about 9 m2 with good light and a nice view over a quiet street. The rent is around 210 euros/month and a deposit (kaution) of 330euros must also be provided. Within the rent all the services are included: heating, electricity, phone and Internet. We are looking for somebody who plans to stay for more than 1 year.

The location is also well suited as there are some supermarkets and fast food places around.
