We are looking for a new tenant for our apartment, starting on 01.03.2021.

The following is a detailed description of our apartment:

- Cost : Warmmiete: 910€ (Kaltmiete being 820 €)
Gas and Electricity: ~150 €
Fee for existing equipment: 1500 € (negotiable)


- Main Bathroom: there are a bathtub, shower booth, and toilet.

-Garret and Warehouse: there are also a garret and a small warehouse on the same floor.

-Laundry Room: A laundry room is located in the basement.

-Kitchen: the fitted kitchen must be taken over. All other appliances (oven, stove, refrigerator) are in good condition.


*Existing Equipment: You can also take over furniture and electronic appliances (bought in the 1st half of 2018) such as
a bed, sofa-bed, closet, tables, chairs, dishwasher, and washing machine, and so on.
