Furniture consists of: large bed (140 cm), 2 lamp Komods, mirror, 150 cm wardrobe, small bed (90 cm), small closet, small Ikea table, LCD TV (32 ") + TV table, three seat sofa, coffee table, shelf unit, rectangular dining table plus 4 chairs (could be used as a desk), Ikea arm chair, kitchen table and 2 folding chairs, dinner set, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, 4 electric ceran stove, large oven, microwave, decorative pictures and lamps also available.
The apartment is for a small family (2 adults. + 1 child) Or 2 students suitable. Shopping is very close (walking distance) and bus lines 2, 12 and 22 stop next door. To RWTH Aachen university is only 20 minutes by bus and 15 minutes by bike. All cost are included in the additional costs.
