Hübsche Zweizimmerwohnung im malerischen Vaals

Die Wohnung ist 50 m hinter der Grenze auf holländischer Seite im idyllischen Vaals gelegen. Sie bietet einerseits Ruhe und einen wunderschönen Ausblick in die Natur und ist andererseits zentrumsnah. Die Bushaltestelle Vaals Grenze ist zu Fuß fünf Minuten entfernt. Von dort fahren mehrere Busse innerhalb 20 Minuten zum Bushof in Aachen.
Besonders gut geeignet ist die Lage für Studenten und Angestellte, die im Uniklinik oder Campus Melaten arbeiten. Mit der Linie 33 ist beides innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreicht.
Auch EInkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu Genüge. Auf Deutscher Seite ist ein großer Hit inklusive Getränkemarkt in zehn Minuten erreichbar. In direkter Nachbarschaft sind ein Aldi und ein Naanhof, beides auf holländischer Seite. Auch ein Albert Heijn ist innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Braucht man hingegen mal eine Abwechslung von Aachen, ist mit der Linie 350 Maastricht in 45 Minuten komfortabel erreichbar. Zum Joggen sowie zu ausgedehnten Fahhrad- und Wandertouren lädt das Limburger Land zwischen Vaals und Maastricht ein.

The apartment is located 50 m behind the border on the Dutch side in the idyllic Vaals. On the one hand, it offers peace and a beautiful view into nature and on the other hand the flat is close to the center. The bus stop "Vaals Grenze" is a five minute walk away. From there, several buses go to Aachen city in 20 minutes. Particularly suitable is the location for students and employees, who work in the university hospital or campus Melaten. Line 33 takes 15 minutes to reach there. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities. On the German side, a big "Hit"-store including a separate department for drinks can be reached in ten minutes. In the immediate neighborhood are an "Aldi"-store and a "Naanhof", both on the Dutch side. An Albert Heijn can also be reached within 10 minutes by foot. If you need to see something different from Aachen, by taking the bus line 350, Maastricht can be reached in 45 minutes comfortably. For jogging as well as for extended bicycle and hiking tours, the Limburgerland is situated between Vaals and Maastricht.

Besonders hinzuweisen ist auf die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen. Alle Läden in Vaals haben jeden Tag geöffnet. Außerdem gibt es zweimal wöchentlich einen Markt der benachbarten Landwirte, wo frisches Obst und andere Waren günstig und sehr frisch angeboten werden.
Neben den gewöhnlichen Nebenkosten muss, wie in Holland üblich, für einen monatlichen Abschlag der Warmwasserboiler gemietet werden, Für die Restmüllentsorgung gibt es zentrale Kontainer, die mit einer Chipkarte geöffnet werden können und von der ganzen Nachbarschaft benutzt werden. Pro Müllentsorgung wird ein Beitrag fällig.
Außerdem ist darauf hinzuweisen, dass der Mietvertrag, wie in den meisten Fällen in den Niederlanden, eine Mindestlaufzeit von einem Jahr hat.
Zusätzlich muss erwähnt werden, dass der Vermieter nicht an Studenten vermieten möchte.
