Studio Apartment sublet, two months

Hi,
I wish to sublet my apartment for 2 months as I am going out of town. It is a studio apartment, with one room, one bathroom and a small corridor to keep shoes and garbage bags. The room has a kitchen unit with a refrigerator and plenty of storage space. The deposit is € 700. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, a 400 Mbps internet connection, the mandatory rundfunksbeitrag of € 18. There is a table, a chair and a single bed along with a blanket and pillow. The apartment is on the third floor of a quiet neighborhood. The water heating is via Geyser so you can control the temperature precisely. You can wash clothes in the washing machine in the basement and dry them in the dryer for no cost. The apartment is about 25 square meters.
The place is about 1km from the railway station Alsdorf-Annapark. There are trains to Aachen every half an hour and it takes about 30 minutes to reach. Bus 51 also takes you to Aachen every 15-30 minutes but the journey is about 45 minutes. If you drive yourself, it takes about 20 minutes. Aldi is about 1.4Km and Kaufland is about 900m. There is a small kiosk about 250m where you can get bisuits,bread etc.
The apartment is available from 1 Feb 2020 to 31 March 2020.
