I am open to lease length of shorter durations of month or longer slightly but must adjust price for shorter than 6 months.
As this is a sublease (I am not there enough to retain property) I would like someone consider if longer than 3, to just consider taking over lease.
I would be willing to completely furnish all furnishings including kitchen furnishings, living room, bedroom, linens and media, if leased for 3-6 months. Furnishings can be renters choice from IKEA and I will place all in preparation. The cost of furnishings it would increase the rent the receipt value over duration of months leased.
