As you walk through the hall way entrance you walk into to fully furnished apartment that has everything you need to just move in and enjoy the comforts of some classic German style living form large windows for that warm sunshine during the day, central heating and also the latest Unlimited WiFi.
In the large room of the apartment there is a comfortable large size double bed, also has a large sofa that can be made into another double bed allowing either a couple to live here or you can share the apartment with a friend if required to keep the cost of living down.
The kitchen is fitted out with a good size fridge, cooker that has an oven as well, many cooking utensils and some cooking appliances. Off of the kitchen there is a good size storage area.
In the bathroom room there is a shower, toilet and hand basin, in a separate room we have a near new washing machine which allows you to do your own washing.
Located on the same street as the U6 Alt-Tegal Underground station or 1 Block away is the Alt-Tegal S25 station allowing you to travel to University, Work or be in the Heart of Berlin within minutes.
In the next street you have the shopping mall for your everyday grocery shopping or any other types of shopping you require. There is also a really nice market to get fresh produce or just pop down and eat at some of the stalls they have in here, also in the surrounding streets you will find some of the nicest restaurants and cafes, also having some really good bars to enjoy a drink with friends.
The apartment is being rented by it's owner allowing you to register with the City of Berlin, also you can negotiate the rent period you want to stay or if you require to extend at the end of your current period we can do so easily.
