Short term - 2 room Flat / Balcony / Big Kitchen / Heart of Neukölln

Hello!
I am looking for someone to stay in my cozy and bright apartment in Neukölln.
The dates would be from 12th of February - 18th of March. Short term!
920 is the price for the monthly price. if you stay the whole 5 weeks, the price adapt for 1100.
But you can stay just for a month, if it's necessary. And the dates can be slightly adjusted. We can discuss it! :)

About the flat:
It is perfect for a person or couples that really care about their homes!
The apartment is super cozy, very well equipped in every room, it has a good Sound-system, and it's bright. It's decorated with lots of instruments (feel free to play them), art books and plants. Lots of them!
So here is the big condition that i would like to add: If anyone out there have interested in the flat, you need to understand and care about plants. You don't need to be an expert, but just have a bit of feeling for the thing. :)


In the pictures, the trees are way greener than now, of course.
I took them during the summer. In case you want to see more, i can send more pictures, no problem. we can also arrange a call or a visit for you to check out the flat!
