The apartment features a bathroom, living room, kitchen, and bedroom with home office setup and indoor balcony, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay in Berlin. The apartment is situated in a residential building with families. We are looking for quiet and respectful people to take good care of our home while we are away on business trips.
- Sublet for 5 weeks - starting March 01 to April 08.
- Rent 1485 eur for 5 weeks + deposit 1000 eur (to be paid upfront via transfer)
- No registration
- The sublet is with the consent of the housing company
- no pets and no smoking
Our apartment, conveniently situated merely 4 minutes away from the U6 Rehberge station and a 3-minute stroll from a nearby bus stop, an ideal location for easy access to public transportation.
