The rent is 1500 EUR + 650 EUR deposit
For two person (you can receive a guest to sleep on the bedsofa in the living room, it is allowed, but I rent to only one person).
The apartment is fully furnished, 45 m2 and has everything you need (see photos: a bedroom with home office and living/dining room, bathroom, with separate and fully equipped kitchen and balcony. Fully furnished, includes a washing machine, TV (with Android, Netflix option, YouTube, etc.) and Internet with Wi-Fi at good speed. Sheets are also included, towels and everything to make your stay in Berlin comfortable.
Strictly no smoking inside (feel free to use the balcony).
It is located in the charming Schöneberg neighbourhood, in the heart of Berlin, at just 5 minutes walk to Nollendorfplatz.
