Hi,

ich biete eine voll möblierte, 55 qm große, zwei Zimmer Wohnung vom 15. Juli bis zum 15. September zur Zwischenmiete an. Anfang und Ende der Mietdauer sind flexibel!

Die helle Wohnung ist im 4. OG und liegt zentral im Stadtteil Wedding/Gesundbrunnen Nahe U Osloer Straße. Der Ubahnhof (U8 und U9) und die Tramstation (M13 und M50) ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die nächsten S Bahnstationen sind Gesundbrunnen und Bornholmer Straße. Die Wohnung liegt im Soldiner Kiez im 2. Hinterhof und ist deswegen sehr ruhig. Ein schöner Baum vor Küche Bad und Schlafzimmer bietet einen guten Sichtschutz vor Nachbarn. Die Wohnung ist sonnig und hell.

Es gibt diverse Cafes, Restaurants, Spätis und Supermärkte, Schwimmhalle und Freibad. Die Panke ist eine Parallelstraße weiter über einen Durchgang erreichbar und bietet die Möglichkeit zu Laufen und zu spazieren. Der Bürgerpark Pankow, die Schönholzer Heide sind in 10 min zu Fuß über den Pankeweg erreichbar.

Ausstattung: Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Herd und Kühlschrank. Mit allem Equipment zum Kochen.

Ich bin flexibel in der Mietzeit und Dauer, der Beginn der Miete ist ab dem 15. Juli möglich, das Ende ist flexibel und können wir absprechen.

I am offering a fully furnished, 55 sqm, two-room flat for interim rent from 15 July to 15 September. Beginning and End of the rent are flexible!

The bright flat is on the 4th floor and is centrally located in the Wedding/Gesundbrunnen district near U Osloer Straße. The underground station (U8 and U9) and the tram station (M13 and M50) can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The nearest S-Bahn stations are Gesundbrunnen and Bornholmer Straße. The flat is located in the Soldiner Kiez in the 2nd backyard and is therefore very quiet. A beautiful tree in front of the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom offers good privacy from the neighbours. The flat is sunny and bright.

There are various cafés, restaurants, late-night cafés and supermarkets, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. The Panke can be reached via a passageway one parallel street away and offers the opportunity to run and walk. The Bürgerpark Pankow, the Schönholzer Heide can be reached in 10 minutes on foot via the Pankeweg.

Equipment: Fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and fridge. With all equipment for cooking.

Bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.
