I’m renting out my fully furnished room in my 80 m2, 3-room Altbau apartment in Berlin while I’m away.

The apartment is located near Südkreuz, with excellent public transport connections to S-Bahn (less than 10 minutes walk) as well as the U6 and 248 bus. It’s on the 2nd floor of a 1920s Altbau building.

You’ll have your own private bedroom, furnished with a 160 cm bed and a large wardrobe, as well as shared use of the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, although I mostly won’t be around

€830/month all-inclusive, including utilities, electricity, heating, Wi-Fi and furniture.
