The apartment is perfect for a single person, or for a couple, located right next to the Landwehrkanal as well as the Spree river. It takes a 15 minutes walk to Tiergarten and the same distance to the park of Schloss Charlottenburg.

The neighborhood is calm, but you will find all sorts of amenities not very far away. There are good bus connections to Kant Straße/Kurfürstendamm and Bahnhof Zoo (10 minutes by bus), as well as to the center of Moabit (less than 5-10 minutes) and Berlin central station (20 minutes). And of course you will get everywhere very quickly by bike.

You will find the next Rewe as well as Edeka supermarket in a 7 minute walk.
