Ich vermiete diese helle, sehr ruhige und frisch renovierte, im Herzen von Neukölln gelegene 1,5 Wohnung an eine Person oder Paar unter.
Der mögliche Zeitraum ist vom 15.03. bis 15.08. Die Daten sind aber flexibel! Bitte frag mich einfach. Die Monatsmiete beträgt 855 Euro.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit einer Waschmaschine, Einbauküche, ein Kühlschrank, Wifi.

Ich werde in der Nähe sein das heißt, falls du was brauchst, kannst du mich also bei Bedarf gerne kontaktieren. Ich würde mich freuen die Wohnung für den Zeitraum an nette Personen untervermieten. Wichtig ist nur, dass du eine ruhige und zuverlässige Person bist, da das Haus auch recht ruhig ist.
Wir können gerne einen Untermietvertrag machen.

As I will be close by you can always reach me. I'd love to rent the flat to a nice and reliable person/couple. The tenant should be a quiet person, as the house is rather quiet.
