Untermiete Wohnung Moabit/ Tiergarten - available from June 2024 , for several months

ich suche eine Person zur Untervermietung meiner schönen Dachgeschosswohnung in Moabit/Tiergarten. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und verfügt über eine Terrasse. Da ich derzeit hauptsächlich beruflich im Ausland bin, möchte ich drei Zimmer meiner Wohnung untervermieten. Ein Zimmer behalte ich für mich und bin etwa 3-5 Tage im Monat selbst in der Wohnung, was jedoch auch weniger werden kann.

Ich suche ich eine verantwortungsvolle Person (kein Paar) für meine Wohnung. Du hättest praktisch 110m² für dich allein, da ich so gut wie nie da bin. Außerdem kommt alle zwei Wochen eine Putzfrau, um die Grundreinigung der Wohnung zu garantieren :). Die Reinigungskosten sind in den Mietkosten enthalten. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet.

Ich suche Vollzeitangestellte, Leute 30+, die vielleicht nur für einige Tage pro Woche eine Unterkunft in Berlin brauchen, oder andere Personen, die eine befristete Unterkunft suchen.

Eine Anmeldung ist möglich, abhängig davon, wie lange der neue Mieter bleiben möchte. Ich bin zeitlich sehr flexibel, suche aber idealerweise ab dem 1.6. und dann für mehrere Monate.

I am looking for someone to sublet my beautiful attic apartment in Moabit/Tiergarten. The apartment is furnished and has a terrace. Since I am currently mainly abroad for work, I would like to sublet three rooms of my apartment. I will keep one room for myself and will be in the apartment about 3-5 days a month, although this may decrease.

I am looking for a responsible person (not a couple) for my apartment. You would have practically 110m² to yourself, as I am hardly ever there. Additionally, a cleaning lady comes every two weeks to ensure the basic cleaning of the apartment :). The cleaning costs are included in the rent. The apartment is fully equipped.

I am looking for full-time employees, people aged 30+, who may only need accommodation in Berlin for a few days a week, or other individuals looking for temporary accommodation.

Registration is possible, depending on how long the new tenant intends to stay. I am very flexible with timing but ideally looking to start from June 1st and then for several months.
