Suitable for couples or also if you’re a single person. The apartment is on the very first floor which is very convenient. There is also an elevator if you’d like to go to the terrace. There are two rooms in the apartment, a big balcony to enjoy food and drinks over the summer, and a big kitchen and bathroom.

My gf and I are moving to the USA for the foreseeable future and have to sublet our room/apartment until the end of February 2024. A longer stay is also possible if you sign a new contract with the landlord in February 2024.

The 1st room (this post): I've been staying with my gf which is now available for a sublet until February 2024 (extendable after signing a new contract with the landlord). The room is very spacious with a big 3-door wardrobe, double bed, 3D TV, a long and big standing work table, another study desk, many chairs and tables, a sofa, and even nightstands. All the furniture is new, therefore, I’d really like to sublet to someone who is careful in using the furniture in the room and the apartment in general.

The 2nd room: is occupied by a male student in Berlin. If you would like to take the full apartment with two rooms, he is also okay to move out and share a place with his friends. However, this will have to be communicated in advance so he has sufficient time to arrange the move.

Hence, the advertised rent is only for the 1st big room. if you'd like to take the full apartment, it would be close to 1700.
