We will move at the end of October and we are looking for someone who would like to rent the flat and buy the furnitures and the electric devices.
The flat has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. All the rooms are with furnished
The room has a real bed , comfort chair, desk and sofa. The kitchen contains everything you will need. The room has wall-wide windows to balcony which makes the space extra spacious and bright. The place has all the convenient amenities such as washing machine, fridge, toaster, boiler , etc .There is a table in the kitchen, so you can enjoy a nice view of the city and the neighborhood while you are sipping morning coffee in the kitchen.
The other room has two desks and sofa-bed.
Wir werden in November die Wohnung ausziehen. Es handelt sich um eine komfortable und helle 2,5-Zimmer-wohnung in zweite Etage. Die Wohnung ist 57 qm . Die Wohnung ist möbliert.
The public transportations are very good. Bus (M45), (139) and (309) are within walking distance and Ringbahn (Westend) is 3 minutes away.
The underground access can be reached in about 10 minutes (Kaiserdamm and Sophie Charlotte Platz U12). Various shops (Lidl, Netto and Kaiser) are only a few minutes walk away. Moreover, the Charlottenburg Palace and the associated park are also nearby.
Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Bus (M45), (139) und (309)sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch Ringbahn (Westend) ist 3 Minuten erreichbar.
Autobahnanschluss ist in ca. 10 Fahrminuten ( Kaiserdamm und Sophie Charlotte Platz U12) erreichbar. Die Residenzstraße mit verschidenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Netto und Kaiser )ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Außerdem ist das Schloss Charlottenburg und der dazugehörige Park auch in der Nähe .
