Cozy apartment near Kudamm

Dear people,
we’re a couple renting our cute apartment for a month while we’ll be gone. We would be happy to have singles or couples (up to 3 people in total) stay there, enjoy the place, care for it and also care for our plants for the time being.

Apartment
The apartment is very cosy, 50m2 big, fully furnished and very sunny. It has 2 bigger rooms, one of which we use as a bedroom (with a queen size bed) and the other as the living room (currently using a single bed as a couch but would be ideal for one person). In the living room you’ll also find a working space and a very nice sounding piano.
The kitchen is very bright and fully equipped (even with a dishwasher) with everything you’d need for cooking.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and an absurdly hilarious shower curtain.

Location
The flat is located in calm and Paris-like area of Wilmersdorf. 7 minute walk from S-Bhf Halensee (Ringbahn), 12 minutes to S-Bhf Charlottenburg (S3,S5,S7,S9 and Regio) and 10 min to U-Bhf Adenauerplatz (U7), numerous buses (M19/M29/104). There’s supermarkets (Rewe and Lidl) very close by, along with lots of cafes, veggie and wine shops and Berlin’s best bakeries. Kurfürstendamm, the lake Halensee and the beautiful Grunewald are also very close.

Miscellaneous
We’d ask you to take care of the plants and be respectful of the flat. Please leave it the way we left it for you! :) and we will pay your deposit (100€) fully back.
