Comfortable furnished apartment in Charlottenburg available for sublet from February - August 2020.

Hello house hunters,

We are looking to sublet our comfortable 2-room apartment (with a separate kitchen) in the period of February to August. It is located in a side-street in a peaceful neighbourhood in Charlottenburg - within 5 minutes on foot to S+U Jungfernheide (ring Bahn) and U Miernedorfplatz, with excellent connections to Tegel Airport, the Haputbahnhof and City centre.

The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a south-west facing balcony and comes with a couch, a bookshelf, a dining table and a TV. The bedroom is similarly big with east facing windows and has a 200 x 200 bed, a couch, a table and 2 wardrobes for clothes. The kitchen is also good-sized, with a pantry and with all necessary utensils and appliances including a washing machine, a dishwasher, a herd and a refrigerator. The bathroom comes with a bath-tub. The entire apartment gets plenty of light all day.

The couch in the living room can be pulled out at night to make a bed - so the apartment is essentially suitably furnished for a WG as well(one of the wardrobes from the bedroom will be moved to the living room in this case). The rent includes all utilities - including heating, electricity and high-speed internet.

The Schloss Charlottenburg, with its big park, and the Spree are just a short walk away. Edeka, Rewe, kiosks, the post office and a pharmacy are all within close walking distance.

We are ideally looking for a pair or a small family to rent the entire period of February to August 2020 - a month here or there is fine and can be agreed upon. As mentioned it is also suitable for a WG. There might me some space in the cellar for storing small items.

Please mention how many people will be living in the apartment, from when till when you want to rent it and your income.
