I will be traveling from 13 April 2024 to 6 May 2024 and would like to sublet my apartment for this period. The apartment is very close to Savignyplatz, so there are lots of restaurants and a lovely market nearby on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The thing I like most about the apartment is that it is incredibly light, and you can see a lot of the sky (since the apartment is on the 6th floor). The apartment is fully furnished (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, linen, cooking utensils, cutlery, wifi). It is important to me that I find someone responsible who will take care of the apartment.
Please note: Since taking the pictures posted here, I have made some improvements in the apartment. Specifically, I have put up curtains in the bedroom, installed various lights, and put up art on the walls.

Note: There are curtains in the bedroom and art on the walls (this changed since I took some of the photos). I can show you in a virtual or in-person tour. The rental cost for the period would be 850 EUR (including Wifi + electricity, water).
The apartment is very well connected to public transport (e.g. Savignyplatz and Zoo S-Bahn stations), and also walking distance from the Tiergarten. There are lots of wonderful restaurants in the neighbourhood. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, there is also a market two blocks away. All other shops that you might look for can also be found nearby.
