I am looking to sublet my flat for about two weeks from end Oct to mid Nov (flexible dates). It has two rooms (a loving room and a bedroom), a small kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and a window, and a hallway. It has a balcony facing an inner garder with a tall tree. It has about 44 squared meters. It is on the 3rd floor of an very beautiful Altbau building, well taken care of, with friendly neighbours. The bike place has a roof. The closest bus is M-29 2 minutes away on Kufurstendamm, S-bahns are Halensee 10 minutes ans and Charlottenburg 12 minutes.
I keep the flat clean, no smoking and pets, and I expect the same thing in return.

The price is 1200 euros per month all included. We can discuss about the exact dates if desired.
