17.02.-17.04.17 - 2-Zimmer Wohnung, möbliert, S Bundesplatz

Hey guys,
I'm subletting my beautiful, fully furnished apartment in Friedenau (Schöneberg) for the time I'm abroad (February 17 until April 17).
My place is perfectly suitable for singles and couples, however it doesn't really make good shared flat - probably because I've lived in there alone for about 8 years - which brings me to the next point: I do actually live in this place, so it's definitely not a holiday rental apartment and you may treat it with a little more care than the last hostel you stayed in.

If you can agree with me on the care taking point, read on.
The house is some sort of post-war building, so it's not a fancy old Berlin building but it has fancy high ceilings (which accounts for the heating bills) and is surrounded by fancy old houses.
The living room is quite big and has pretty much everything you need (TV? Couch?). There is a balcony which you can enter from the living room (and which is also the only place you may smoke in, sorry ;)
The bedroom is also quite big plus it's super quiet and calm, because there's a graveyard right behind the house.
The kitchen is very small but there's still enough room to cook and to sit for two people.
The bathroom has a bathtub - what else would you need to know?
Wifi and a washing machine are there too.
