2-Zimmer Neubauwohnung in Friedrichshain (01.03. - 31.05)

Ich vermiete meine ruhige 2-Zimmer-Neubauwohnung im 4. OG (mit Aufzug) in der Nähe vom Volkspark Friedrichshain an eine liebe Person vom 1. März bis zum 31. Mai, weil ich in diesem Zeitraum aus beruflichen Gründen nicht in der Stadt bin (Einzug ein paar Tage früher möglich).

Das Haus wurde 2020 fertig gestellt. Die Wohnung ist zwar nach Norden ausgerichtet, durch die Lage im 4. Stock und dem großen Balkonfenster kommt dennoch genug Licht in die Wohnung. Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Ich vermiete die Wohnung voll möbliert (nur eine 140x200cm Matratze müsstest du mitbringen). Neben den Möbeln lasse ich auch ein paar persönliche Gegenstände in der Wohnung, was für dich ok sein sollte. Ohnehin suche ich jemanden, der oder die respektvoll mit der Wohnung umgeht und kein Problem damit hat, diese sauber zu halten und nach dem Duschen die Glastüren abzuziehen.

Dafür wohnst du dann für insgesamt 780 Euro im Monat (Internet und TV inkl.) in einem ruhigen Kiez, der dennoch Mitten in Berlin gelegen ist! Falls Interesse besteht, erzähl mir doch gerne ein, zwei Sätze über dich. Besichtigungen kann ich vom 14.02. bis zum 20.02. anbieten, gerne auch online.

I am renting out my quiet 2-room new apartment on the 4th floor (with elevator) near Volkspark Friedrichshain to a lovely person from March 1 to May 31, because I will be out of town for work reasons during this period (Moving in a few days earlier possible).

The house was completed in 2020. The apartment is north-facing, but due to its location on the 4th floor and the large balcony window, there is still enough light in the apartment. Washing machine and dishwasher are available. I rent the apartment fully furnished (you only need to bring a 140x200cm mattress). In addition to the furniture, I will also leave a few personal items in the apartment, which should be ok for you. Anyway, I am looking for someone who is respectful of the apartment and my furniture and has no problem keeping the apartment clean and taking off the glass doors after showering.
