Looking for a person or a couple to enjoy my super cozy and bright apartment for 3-4 months while I'm taking on a work project abroad.
The apartment is ~60 m², bright, with wooden floors, floor heating in all the apartment to keep you warm with thermostats in each room.
Apartment is fully furnished: two work desks, new 55' TV, couch, chair, many shelves to store your belongings, ~10 plants that need love and occasional attention, led lights in the main room to keep it cozy and relaxed.
Bedroom: bed 1.80 x 2.00, plenty of room in the open wardrobe, small wardrobe and a mirror.
Kitchen: pretty much has everything you need, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, also can leave mixer, all the pans, plates and utensils if needed. High top dining table with 3 chairs.
100 MBit internet, with 2 routers in the house, and one just next to the work station to keep that latency down. Work station has a KVM switch for people like me with multiple devices. Can also consider leaving my 2 wide curved monitors on request.
Bathroom: this is where it gets better, it has both a separate shower and a bath tub, huge mirror with a great light to keep yourself pretty. Washing machine, medicine cabinet and many small boxes to hold all those beauty products.
Huge balcony that offers a very relaxing view on the Spree especially during sunsets.
The apartment is located in Friedrichshain close to Kreuzberg/Mitte borders in a new building which was only completed less than 4 years ago so everything in the apartment is in pristine condition and it has great insulation to keep your warm during winter months. On one side of the building there's Spree on other East side gallery and a small park.
Ostbahnhof station is just across the street, it super easy to get there, and it goes to anywhere too (S3, S5, S7, S9) There are Rewe, Rossmann, Penny & bakeries that open 7 days a week in the station for the late night snacks or general grocery shopping.
Boxhagener platz is not that far either, that has Market on Saturdays and fee market on Sundays, with restaurants and bars of different caliber.
The dates are not set in stone and I'd consider alternatives that are not that far off my proposed dates (+/- a week). I'm very flexible with what can be left and taken from the apartment to make your stay more comfortable.
