I am sub renting my flat in Ostkreuz near Boxhagnerstr. for one year with possibility of extension.

The flat has an amazing location, 6 minutes walk from S-bahn Ostkreuz, 10 minutes by foot from Boxi.
You have everything you need around, supermarkets, restaurants, bars….
the flat has a small balcony, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a fridge and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom.
the kitchen open to the living space and one separate bedroom.
The apartment looks at the Innenhof so it's quiet.

It's suitable for one person or a couple but not a WG and Anmeldung possible.

the total rent includes all bills and Internet but NOT electricity, you have to make your own contract.

I am looking for responsible clean and quiet person / couple who have a steady job and have their WG party time behind them.
no smoking and no pets.

the flat is not suitable for a WG and not FURNISHED.
