My apartment is available from Dec. 13 - March 4th, 2014, for a minimum of 2 months. I am preferably looking for a single person. It includes all: wifi, electricity, heat. It's 70 sqm and newly renovated sunny 1 BR (3 rooms) with a large office and fully equipped open kitchen with new appliances (dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, etc). The bedroom and office are quiet facing the back. The bathroom has new Villeroy and Boch fixtures, and the living room has a small balcony with a beautiful view. It's an elevator building.

It is minimally and tastefully furnished (no Ikea!) and has all the comforts you need. The high ceilings, stucco, wooden plank floors, and balcony make it a charming typical Berlin Altbau.

It's right across from Petersburger Platz, a charming square with a few cozy restaurants and cafes. The beautiful Volkspark is also in walking distance. The M10 tram is right across the street. Also near the U5, and the M8, M5, M6 trams. It's easily accessible to Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, and Kreuzberg in about 15 minutes by tram. It's also in walking distance to the historic Karl Marx Alee.
