Renting period will start on 1.8.2023 and you need to commit to a minimum of 4 months. To secure the place a deposit of 1300€ needs to be paid once upfront in addition to the monthly rent that will be due at the beginning of each month.

The apartment has two rooms plus bathroom and kitchen. The bedroom is facing the back yard and thus comfortably quiet for sleeping. There is a large build-in bed with 2m x 2m mattress in this room. The living room is facing Ebertystraße with a small balcony (sits two people) and large windows. There is a bathtub in the bathroom.

The apartment is ideal for individual persons or couples. Due to the large built-in bed that occupies most of the space in the bedroom, the apartment is not suitable for flat shares.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment. Also, pets of any kind and any size are not allowed in the apartment
