Hi there! Thanks for your interest in my flat which I will be subletting for one month in June-July 2024. The flat is a 2 room alt bau with kitchen and bathroom w/ tub. It is located just off of Warschauer Strase-very centrally located and well connected to busses, S and Ubahn. The flat is suitable for couples, individuals, or potentially two flatmates (you would however need to secure a second mattress yourself for the living room, as there is only a couch.) No loud parties are permitted due to noise sensitive neighbors-but there are plenty of bars and clubs nearby for you to go to instead. It is expected for you to leave the flat in the cleanliness condition you find it in!
