Kosten für Strom, Gas, Wasser usw. sind bereits im Mietpreis enthalten.

Die Straßenbahn ist nur 1 Minute entfernt, S- und U-Bahn in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. In der Straße befinden sich zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Bars und jeden Samstag gibt es um die Ecke einen sehr schönen Wochenmarkt. Das Schlafzimmer ist zum ruhigen Innenhof hin ausgerichtet.
