SWAP!!! ***Sunny huge 2 room apartment in Friedrichshain next to Boxhagener platz ***

Since I`m all alone now I don`t need that much space and I`m looking for:

1 bedroom appartment in Friedrichshain area with 900 EUR warm rent and anmeldung. I really don`t care much about amenities. Just want it to be nice and not on the 1st floor preferable.

About my place.

Rent: 1450 - ALL INCLUDED: power, water, internet etc. Deposit - u basically just return me mine.

Location: its right next to Boxhaneger place, so neighborhood is really safe and cool. Enormous amount of places to eat and hang out. Penny, Edeka, Budni - every groceries possible. Spati and a small fruit shop next to the door.

Space: basically every room is spacious. Huge kingsize bed. Huge bathroom. Two balconies with windows from ceiling to the floor.

Heating: its really warm here in winter. really. Also with two balconies you get a decent breeze in the summer.

Neighbors: really quiet.

Landlord: he is just awesome. I don`t know what to add)

Appliances: stove, dishwasher, microwave, tv, internet, capsule coffee machine, washing machine.

Its a very nice place for a couple or for a single person, who is looking for a spacious living conditions.
