Großes, helles Zimmer in F'hain zur Zwischenmiete

Zu der Wohnung:
Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer Wohnung (ca. 75m2) mit einer großen Wohnküche, in der 2.OG eines sanierten Altbaus.

Das "große" Zimmer (siege Fotos):
Das Zimmer ist groß (20m2) und hell. Die Wände sind weiß gestrichen, es gibt Stuck an der Decke, helles Laminat auf dem Boden, franazözisches Balkon (nur zum Rausgucken, nicht Sitzen). Es kann teilmoebliert oder auch unmöbliert vermietet werden. Das Zimmer hat Fenster zur Straßenseite, es ist aber nicht laut, da die Straße klein und wenig befahren ist.

Das "kleine" Zimmer (noch keine Fotos; werden später hochgeladen):
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m2, separat vom Flur begehbar. Es hat ein neues Fenster zum Innenhof, somit ist es sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist weiß gestrichen und hat ein helles Laminat auf dem Boden. Das Zimmer kann teil- oder unmöbliert vermietet werden.

Die Küche ist ca. 25m2 groß und durch ein Tresen in Küchen- und Wohnzimmerbereich getrennt. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Küchenutensilien, Spülmaschine, Kombi-Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle. Im Wohnbereich steht ein Esstisch für 4-6 Personen und eine große Sofa.

Das Bad ist klein, weiß gefliest, mit einer Badewanne.



The flat is 75m2, on the 2nd floor in a nicely renovated old building (high ceiling, huge windows). There are 2 rooms, bathroom (quite small, with a bathtub), corridor and a big kitchen.

The "big" room (see on pics):
The room is 20m2, bright and quiet (facing just a small street with little traffic). The walls are white, there is laminate on the floor and french balcony (=balcony door, but you cannot really step out). The room can be rented partially furnished or unfurnished

The "small" room:
It is app. 15m2, white walls and laminate on the floor. It has a new window to the backyard and therefore it is very quiet. It can be rented partially furnished or unfurnished.

The kitchen is approx. 25m2 and separated by 2 cupboards into cooking- and living room-area. In the cooking space you will find all you need to prepare a meal: all sorts of kitchen equipment, including big fridge with a freezer, dishwasher and microwave. In the living room space there is a table with chairs for up to 6 people and a big sofa.
