Schöne und 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in ruhiger Lage mit Balkon

Hi! Für meine ruhige, schöne und helle Wohnung im Norden von Friedrichshain suche ich eine(n) nette(n) Zwischenmieter(in). Die Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus im 3. Stock in einem sanierten Altbau. In der Straße herrscht sehr wenig Verkehr, sodass es trotzdem ruhig ist und man auch mal entspannt auf dem Balkon sitzen kann. Das Schlafzimmer liegt in den Innenhof. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr hell.
Die Straßenbahn (M10) ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt, man ist superschnell überall im Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg oder auch in Mitte (Alexanderplatz). Rundherum sind diverse Supermärkte, Bäcker, Eisdiele, Kino, Kneipen und Restaurants. Den nächsten größeren Park (Volkspark Friedrichshain) erreicht man innerhalb von 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß, kleinere Grünoasen sind direkt um die Ecke.

Hi! I'm looking for an interim tenent for my quiet, lovely and bright apartment in the northern part of Friedrichshain. The flat is in the fronthouse in the 3. floor, but the street is very quiet so it's as well possible to relax on the balcony.
It's 5 minutes to walk to the next Tram (M10), so you're very fast everywhere in Friedrichshain, Prenzlauer Berg or Mitte (Alexanderplatz). There are lots of supermarkets, bakeries, places for icecream, cinema, bars and restaurants in the surrounding. The next park is about 10 - 15 minutes walk away and there are lots of small green places directly arround the corner.
