this beautiful and cozy traditional pre-WW2 apartment in the heart of trendy Friedrichshain is looking for a new tenant. It's bright, has high ceilings and very nice wooden flooring in the whole apartment, except for the kitchen and the bathroom, which are tiled.

The apartment has two big rooms, a spacious hallway, kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
Just over a year ago it was equipped with a brand new, modern kitchen with gas stove and gas oven, dishwasher and washing machine and even a brand new boiler.

The apartment is on the 4th floor in the backyard, which is typical in Berlin. Unfortunately there's no elevator, but you'll get used to the stairs quickly.

All the windows face the backyard, which is why it's very quiet in the apartment, even with the windows open.
Another feature worth mentioning, is the beautiful ivy weaving around all the windows. Especially in summertime it blossoms in all it's bright colors.
