A little short notice, but I go away for work and studies and would like to sublet my flat during that time. The flat is beautiful, big and quiet, located in the heart of Berlin Friedrichshain. Busses and trains nearby as well as supermarkets. 2 rooms fully furnished + balcony (south side). All necessities (towels, bed spreads, flatscreen with HDMI and chromecast to hook up your laptop or phone, good WIFI, dishes, washing mashine, dish washer). It's a typical old Berlin flat with high ceilings, squeeky doors and rustic charme. It's 1200 € a month all in. Some of my stuff will stay in the flat, but you will have plenty of space for your things. Please only responsible and quiet non-smokers, thank you :)
Located in the heart of Berlin Friedrichshain only 1 min from Simon-Dach-Straße with a lot of restaurants, bars and clubs very close. Busses and trains nearby as well as supermarkets.
