Beautiful, Newly Renovated Maisonette in Friedrichshain

Hi!

We will be leaving Berlin on August 27th and returning on September 12th. We would like to rent out our beautiful, newly renovated, minimally designed apartment. We just moved into the apartment 3 months ago so EVERYTHING is brand new from floor to ceiling, including all furniture, appliances, floors, etc. The apartment has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a large open kitchen (with a huge island!), 1 1/2 bathrooms, and a beautiful spiral staircase. Upstairs, is the master bedroom with attached bathroom. The bedroom has a large bed (190x200) and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and washing machine. Downstairs is the living room, small room with sofa bed and office space, bathroom with shower/bath and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher.

Although there are 2 bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for a couple, but we are open to other situations. We would like to find someone who will stay in the apartment for the entire time we are gone, but will make an exception for the right people/person. The price of rent (1000 Euro for the entire stay) includes all utilities, including internet, electricity, water, etc. If you'd like to stay for a shorter period of time, the price is 100 Euro per day.
