Our beautiful loft is in the middle of F-Hain. The Gubener Str. is very quiet. You can sleep with windows open. Everything is around. S-Bahn / U-Bahn Warschauerstrasse & U-Bahn Frankfurter Tor is around the corner.

The apartment is not suitable for shared use. The apartment is on the 5th floor without exit, so you should be athletic. It is very bright and is also larger because of the not included roof slopes. The bathroom has a window and even a bathtub. The kitchen has space for a small table. A fitted kitchen belongs to the apartment.The loft is furnished. Design furniture, high quality. We want for the furniture 1500 €. The loft is only possible to rent with the furniture.
