Move in between 11th of Juli and 1st of August possible. Stays of 6 months or longer are prefered.

This elegant apartment is located at the 2nd floor of a classic ALTBAU (historic building) in Friedrichshain, just a few meters from the famous BOXI, the biggest and liveliest square of the district.
It is divided in entrance area with upper storage room, large cosy living room, eating room with balcony, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It fits perfectly the needs of a single or a couple who likes to enjoy their stay at home and invite friends over. The apartment is fully eqipped, even with 2 TVs and a dolby-surround system with 6 boxes. The modern bathroom has stone tiles which gives a SPA feeling. The warmly furnitured kitchen displays oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer department, electric appliances such as kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all the needed cooking and eating items, icluding wine and cocktail glasses. The minimalistic bedroom has a large cabinet. Feel free to let know if anything useful is missing and it will be provided.

The neighbours are quiet and friendly and in warmer times they meet in the large green courtyard. There is also an elevator and a basement cellar box for the tenants.

A reliable flatrate internet connection, cable TV and all other costs are included in the monthly price.

Krossenerstrasse is a quiet street in Friedrichshain, well connected to other districts like Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte and Lichtenberg by many public means of transport (U metro, S-Bahn surface trains, trams and buses).
At walking distance you can find the beautiful Volkspark Friedrichshain, the clubbing area of Revaler Strasse with its street-Art happenings and the Simon-Dach-Kiez (so called "the heart of Friedrichshain", crowded every evening) with a huge selection restaurants, bars, shops and boutiques. The big square behind displays a famous flea market on Sunday and food markets during the week.
There is a supermarket just a few meters from the entrance, as well as a BIO shops and many Spätis (small night-shops selling beers and much more).
