Hi everyone. my girlfriend and I are finally taking some well-deserved holidays, and are looking for respectful, trustworthy people to take care of our places from April 11 to May 1st, and this is her flat. Rent is based on what we pay (680/month in her case), so no extra made on your back. For those who prefer the cheaper option, I am subletting my room near Schlesi for 360€ (https://www.wg-gesucht.de/7239025.html)
Back to her flat: the living room is quite large, two couches and a coffee table, plus a turntable with records (which you should take excellent care of), a bed on a very well built mezzanine which frees up lots of space. Two big windows keep it well bright in the day. There is a separate kitchen wit all you could expect except warm water for some reason, so we use a bucket to get it from the bathroom. There's also a washing machine. The bathroom is super nice, lots of light, a big bathtub, the only thing is that the taps have a tendency to drip drip if you don't shut them well.
The neighbourhood is nice, you're right on the M10, and 5 minutes walk from all the SBahns that cross town west/east, as well as U1 and U5. There's a lovely Turkish bakery down the stairs, a not-so-small asian grocery store that sells a bit of everything and isn't overpriced nearby, and the best crêpe place in town just across.
And I think that's it, please send me an email (I will not respond to phone calls / texts) if you're interested. We will leave on the 11 in the afternoon so we should hand out the keys in the morning / noon latest, and we'll be back on the 30th, probably super jetlagged and totally bummed if the place needs a clean. Please make sure it doesn't?
