I speak German and English but will post in English.
My name is Priscilla and I will rent out my lovely 2 bedroom apartment for at least 6 months . since I'll be doing an internship and move in with my bf for the time being.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a renovated lovely Altbau near Frankfurter Allee. It is a 2 room apartment with plank floor in the main living room and wooden floor everywhere else.
I will move with most of my furniture but the apartment is still ready to move in right away since it has a built in bed.
The main room:
The main living room is 30+sqm with plank floor and a French window. I am currently using this as my bedroom but since I will leave the room mostly unfurnished except for the book shelve and some clothing racks, you can equip the space as you like and use it as a living room, since there is an extra bedroom.
The bedroom:
The second room is a bit smaller, around 20sqm and has a built-in wooden 2nd level bed. The built-in level is quite big and enough space for 2 people sleeping up there. I equipped the bed with two matrasses and can provide a small bedside table and desk to keep in the room. The bedroom offers enough space to put a desk and wardrobe in, even underneath the floored selling from the bed.
The kitchen:
The kitchen is also quite big and bright and offers enough space to put in a small table as I did. I might leave some chairs if need. The kitchen is equipped with washing machine (free to use), fridge and cupboard.
The bathroom:
It's a b if daylight bathroom with bathtub and heating.
All rooms windows face the same direction, south and get a lot of light.
The apartment is 10 minutes walking or 2 stops by Tram away from the Station Frankfurter Allee (U5/S42/41). You find a mall right at the station and many grocery stores within a few minutes walking distance. Another S-Bahn Station is Storkower Str (15 min walking). With the M10 you are quickly in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg and with the M13 in a few stops right at Boxi and Warschauer Friedrichshain Kreuzberg.
Right across the street is also a lovely park to take walks or work out. It is a quiet and comfortable neighborhood and quickly connected to many busy and exciting areas.
No mass viewings!
I will probably have viewings next Monday and Tuesday and will get back to you with a time and date.

- proof of income past 3 month (sorry, but I need to make sure)
- proof of being able to pay the depossit
-Schufa (jetzt beantragen)
- copy of passport (when signing the contract)
Registration is possible but only for the time you live here. Proof of deregistration has to be submitted by the end.
I do not favor ppl with a certain status or income. To me, it is important that you can pay the rent and deposit, that you take good care of my place and that you are friendly to my neighbors.
The rent which includes everything such as electricity, heating, use of washing machine and TV Tax will always be due to the 15th of each month. First full rent will be Feb. 15th!
Since I made bad experience with people not paying the deposit, I cannot offer installments. The deposit is due by the end of February.
I will move with my internet so I’d recommend the future tenant to use and internet stock that can be canceled monthly
