I am subletting a cosy an affordable room in the best spot in Berlin for the month of April. It's a flat share (WG) together with Zosia (w, 25,) who is cool and easy going.
The flat is situated in a beautiful and lively neighbourhood with one of the best connections to public transport at Berlin Ostkreuz. It has 2 separated rooms, a kitchen, bathroom, corridor and balcony and has about 70 square meter. There are many bars and restaurants in front of the door and some lush parks (Treptower Park or Alt Stralau) just around the corner. There is almost no traffic in the street as it is a dead end. Also perfect to get to the airpot and to quickly visit friends and see every corner of Berlin.
Your room would be the red one with the balcony. Its completely furnished (Couch, Bed, Desk...). The arrangement has changed quite a bit since the picture was taken. I find it even more cosy now ;)
The price is 550€ for the whole month, including everything. It's also possible to move in at the 03.04. and pay a bit less rent, if that is of any help for you.
