The bigger room is perfect for anyone looking to have space and lots of light, with a lovely balcony looking over Karl-Marx-Allee. If you have been doing home-office work, then I am sure you can appreciate the value of it. The walls have been painted about 7 months ago, it has a wardrobe and 2 beds, a larger one and a smaller one, for any guests future will hopefully allow back into regular social life.

The other room is great for anyone looking for a quiet room with great vibes. With also a lovely balcony facing a quiet side street of Karl-Marx-Allee. The room comes with a nightstand, a cupboard with lots of storage space and a small 90x200 cm bed which I replaced with a bigger 160x200 cm bed. If desired, you can purchase the larger bed from me for a fair price. It would be ideal if the new tenant could buy some furniture of this room :
