A bright and beautiful 2-room apartment, a 1-minute walk from Boxi in Friedrichshain.
The apartment is furnished and is located right on Simon-Dach-Str. The living room balcony is right over the street which gives the apartment a cool vibe. It's like sitting in your own bar right in the middle of everything.
The spacious bedroom is facing the Hinterhof and is super quiet, making the perfect mix between the hustle and bustle of the street and the silence needed for a good night's sleep.

The apartment also has a cellar and it is possible to do Anmeldung.
The contract is for one year with the option to extend (we lived there for 3 years and we are leaving the apartment because of a relocation).
The owner asks for a work contract and 3 months payslips.

Very close to Boxhagener Platz In Friedrichshain. There are many cafes, restaurants and bars around and on Saturdays, you can go for a stroll and grab a bite at the market. The neighbours are awesome and friendly and the building is very well maintained.
Transport:
- M13 Around the corner
- M10 a 5-minute walk
- U Frankfurter Tor and S+U Warschauer Strasse around 10 minute walk
Please notice that the apartment is situated on the first floor and the living room is facing Simon-Dach-Str.
it means that you can sit on your balcony and enjoy the best atmosphere in Berlin, but it also means that the living room can get quite noisy at the weekends.
However, since the bedroom is facing the Hinterhof, it is super quiet there all the time. You really can't hear anything from there. That's why we think the apartment is not very recommended for WG. But for a couple, it's perfect :)
