Hi people, me and my boyfriend are subleting our 82 sqm apartment next to Boxhagener Platz for almost a year. IMPORTANT: the move in date is around May 1st to 15th but it is not set yet, since we still are not sure when exactly we are leaving, and sublet period ends on the April 1st 2025, so almost a year. The warm rent is 1000 eur per month, all included, plus 1000 Eur deposit. The apartment is maximum for 2 people, such as a couple. WG is not allowed.
Anmeldung is possible, you will be legally registered in the apartment.
It is very good located and connected. The U-bahn and Tram are just 3 minutes walking. Rewe is just 10 mins walking, and Bio markets are just next doors. Also two Kauflands are 15 mins walking. Volkspark Friedrichschain is 15 mins walking. The apartment is just next to Boxhagener platz, and Simon-Dach Strasse, filled with restaurants and bars.
It is also equipped for home-office with two height-adjustable desks, proper working chairs and monitors, and projector for movies.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
We are looking for a single or a relaxed couple that DOESNT SMOKE, AND DOESNT THROW PARTIES, since both is not allowed in the apartment.
