I've got a cool apartment up for sublet in Friedrichshain for approximately three months, from 19/10 - 31/01 with the possibility of extending it for an extra month until February 2024 (still uncertain).

**Apartment for Sublet - 3+ Months - Friedrichshain - Starting October 19th**

**Monthly Rent**: €980, including all utilities!

**Security Deposit**: €500, refundable upon a smooth and damage-free handover.

This cozy flat is located in the Simondach Kiez just a short 2-minute stroll from Samariterstr U-Bahn station. It's situated in a tranquil, family-friendly building.

**A Few Ground Rules**: No wild parties, please!, If you smoke, please smoke in the kitchen with a closed door.

**Inclusive Amenities**:

- Internet

**Apartment Specs** (Approx. 60 sqm):
- **Spacious Bedroom (Approx. 20 sqm)**: Equipped with a comfy double bed, a cosy couch, a TV, two PC monitors, and a height-adjustable table.
- **Cozy Small Bedroom (Approx. 10 sqm)**: Features a double bed and a clothes stand.
- **Bathroom**: Just as you see in the pictures.
- **Kitchen**: Fully loaded with an oven, fridge, older washing machine, electric pressure cooker, and all the other kitchen essentials.

**Important Note**: It's worth mentioning that the landlord has plans to add a balcony to the small room. This will involve removing the windows and installing a door (which might take around two weeks). Unfortunately, the exact construction date is still unclear, but it's tentatively scheduled for early 2024.

If the construction coincides with your stay, I'll do my best to minimize any inconvenience for you. You might need to temporarily move your bed to the big room during the construction period. It's an unexpected situation for both of us, but I'm committed to making it as hassle-free as possible for you, my tenant.
