Cozy 50qm Appartment in Friedrichshain

My cozy and sunny apartment in Friedrichshain is free.
It is a 2 room apartment (50qm) with a big sleeping room, a double bed (140cm), a piano and a little desk, a small bathroom with a shower and a washing maschine and an open kitchen with a couch and a dining table. There is also a Tv and of course WiFi.
It is my private space, so it is not a professional holiday rental.
It is located in the rather quiet area of Friedrichshain but you will find supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants, a cinema, etc right near by. The Friedrichshain Park is also very close, if you like running or going out for a walk.
Public transportation is also very close.

The apartment is a non smoker apartment.

Meine schöne Wohnung wirkt wie eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Es gibt eine große Wohnküche, mit einer Couch und einem großen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen. Ausserdem ein großes Fenster, das mit zwei Blumenkästen geschmückt ist. Die Couch kann auch zur Übernachtung genutzt werden. Es gibt auch einen HD Fernseher in der Küche. Es gibt eine Koch Ecke mit einem Gasherd. Die Küche ist vom großen, hellen Schlafzimmer mit einem Flur und 2 Türen getrennt. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein 140er Bett ein Arbeitstisch und ein Schrank und ein großer Sessel. Die Toilette ist klein, mit einer Dusche und einer Waschmaschine. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Innenhof für Fahrräder, der Ausblick in den Innenhof ist weit und man kann Bäume sehen. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer sind zur Strasse, aber diese ist nicht stark befahren.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr schön und liebevoll und künstlerisch eingerichtet, ich wohne erst seit 2 Jahren da.
