Die gemütliche 4 - Zimmer - Wohnung ist WG (max. vier Personen) geeignet, da die 3 Schlafzimmer, das Bad und das Wohnzimmer mit Essplatz und Küche vom Flur aus separat zu erreichen sind. Das Badezimmer mit Tageslicht ist mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine ausgestattet. In der Küche stehen ein Herd/Backofen, eine Spülmaschine und Kühl/Gefrierschrankkombination, eine Kaffeemaschine, Teller, Töpfe, ect. zum Gebrauch bereit.
Das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon und Havelblick ist mit einem Essplatz für 4 Personen, Sofa und Fernseher ausgestattet.
Die drei Schlafzimmer sind mit je einem Bett 90x200 cm, Tisch, Sessel und Kleiderschrank bestückt. Für Home-Office ist im Haus WLAN verfügbar.
Den Feierabend genießen Sie auf einem gemütlichen Balkon mit dem fantastischen Blick über die Havel. Am Wasser gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsfläche mit Tischtennis, Sitzgelegenheiten und Bademöglichkeit in der Havel.
Einen Verlängerung des Mietverhältnisses über den 28.02.2025 ist wegen Kernsanierung des Hauses nicht möglich!


The cozy 4-room apartment is suitable for shared living (max. four persons), as the 3 bedrooms, the bathroom and the living room with dining area and kitchen can be reached separately from the hallway. The bathroom with daylight is equipped with a bathtub and washing machine. The kitchen has a stove/oven, a dishwasher and fridge/freezer combination, a coffee machine, plates, pots, etc. ready for use.
The living room with balcony and Havel view is equipped with a dining area for 4 people, a sofa and a television.
The three bedrooms are each equipped with a bed 90x200 cm, a table, armchair and a wardrobe. WiFi is available in the house for home offices.
You can enjoy the end of the day on a cozy balcony with a fantastic view over the Havel. There is a communal area by the water with table tennis, seating and swimming in the Havel.
An extension of the rental agreement beyond February 28, 2025 is not possible due to the renovation of the house!
